These terms govern the use of soymiia.com and its subdomains, and the purchase of services from MiIA™, a brand of KOZI LLC, dba Sin Limites ("MiIA", "we", "us"), based in Ontario, California. By using the site or purchasing a service, you accept these terms.
MiIA offers training, classes, events and artificial intelligence implementation programs for business owners, online and in person. The details of each program (scope, deliverables, timelines and guarantee) are set out in the service agreement you sign when you enroll. If these terms and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The information you give us must be true and up to date.
If your AI team is not installed and working within 90 days, we keep working with you, at no additional cost, until it is.
The guarantee applies if you open your tools and keep them active throughout the installation, hold your kickoff call on time, attend your meetings, and deliver your materials and approvals within the agreed timelines.
MiIA services are purchased for business use. You may cancel and receive a full refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase, provided no service has started (for example, your clarity call, your kickoff call or the delivery of your assessments). To cancel, write to us at [email protected] within that period. After the 3 days, or once the service has started, your installation agreement applies.
The value of the program is the total of the payment plan you chose (USD 3,000 in a single payment, USD 3,200 in 2 payments or USD 3,333 in 3 payments) and is earned in stages, as set out in your installation agreement: 65% when your initial deliverables, assessments and the reservation of your place are delivered; 20% in Month 1 (El Diseño); 10% in Month 2 (La Creación); and 5% in Month 3 (Las Llaves). If you decide not to continue, we keep the value of the stages already earned and refund anything you paid above that value.
If you chose a payment plan and withdraw before completing it, you remain responsible for the value of the stages already earned: pending payments continue to be charged until that amount is covered, and any payments beyond it are cancelled. If you reserve your place and do not hold your kickoff call, we keep 35% of the value of your plan for the reservation of your place. In all other respects, your signed agreement applies. Our guarantee covers the installation of your AI team, not the return of your payment.
Free classes and events may be cancelled or rescheduled; we will notify you by email.
Our programs use tools from other companies (for example, Claude, Notion, HeyGen and Higgsfield). You purchase and pay for your own subscriptions, and their use is governed by each provider's terms. We are not responsible for changes, failures or pricing of those tools.
We share strategies and systems, but we do not guarantee income, sales or specific results. Results depend on your business, your market and your implementation. Testimonials and examples are not a promise of results.
Content created with AI tools may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything you publish under your name or your brand.
MiIA™, its methods, materials, templates and the content of this site belong to KOZI LLC, dba Sin Limites. You may use them within your own business according to your agreement; you may not resell, copy or teach them to third parties without written permission. Your brand materials and the content created for your business are yours, according to your service agreement.
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with its operation.
The site and the services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
MiIA (KOZI LLC, dba Sin Limites) offers a text messaging program for people who opt in on our website forms. You may receive messages about your information request, your event or masterclass registration, your scheduled calls and appointments, the start of your program and, if you separately agree, updates and offers about our programs.
Consent: you agree to receive texts by checking the SMS consent box and submitting your phone number on our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies, typically up to 10 messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one confirmation, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
