MiIA™ is a brand of KOZI LLC, dba Sin Limites ("MiIA", "we", "us"), based in Ontario, California, United States. This policy explains what information we collect at soymiia.com and its subdomains, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, business name, and the answers you share in forms, event registrations and application calls.
  • Payment information: payments are processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage information: technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.
  • Client materials: if you enroll in a program, the brand and business information you give us so we can install your AI team.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your requests and schedule calls.
  • To register you for classes and events and send you reminders.
  • To provide the services you purchase and process your payments.
  • To send you communications about MiIA, its programs and events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the site and meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose:

  • Website, forms and contact management platform (HighLevel).
  • Payment processing (Stripe).
  • Call scheduling (Calendly).
  • Video calls and online classes (Zoom).
  • Email and storage (Google Workspace).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

4. Text messages

If you give us your phone number and your consent, we may send you text messages about your registration, your call or our programs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving them. We do not share your consent or your number with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works and to understand how it is used. You can turn them off in your browser; some features may stop working.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from our communications. We apply reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Minors

This site and our services are intended for business owners over 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
